1. License
Purchasing the SEAMUS Framework grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates, documentation, and accompanying materials for your own projects โ personal or commercial. You may use the framework to build AI assistants for yourself, your business, or your clients.
2. What You Can Do
- Use the templates to build AI assistants for personal or commercial use
- Modify and customize all templates for your needs
- Use the framework within a team (Enterprise tier)
- Build client-facing AI assistants using the framework as a foundation
3. What You Cannot Do
- Redistribute, resell, or share the raw framework materials
- Upload the templates to public repositories
- Claim the framework as your own creation
- Share your download link with others
Each purchase is for a single user (Starter/Professional) or single team (Enterprise).
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the framework doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund โ no questions asked. We'd rather you be happy than frustrated.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally via Lemon Squeezy immediately after purchase. You'll receive a download link via email. If you don't receive your download within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.
6. Updates
Purchased products include lifetime access to updates. When we improve the framework, you get the improvements โ no additional charge.
7. Disclaimer
The SEAMUS Framework is provided as-is. It is an architectural framework and set of templates โ your results depend on your implementation, the AI platform you use, and how you configure things. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, revenue, or AI behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
GoodEveningSeamus.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the framework, including but not limited to actions taken by AI assistants built using these templates. You are responsible for supervising your AI assistant's behavior.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
